He revived a laptop that was dead that another very experienced person said that this needed a new motherboard. He did some other things too. He had to re-install the Windows software and some other software. It was very good. He was able to resurrect it. I’m still using it today. It works perfectly fine. It was very reasonable.

My business printer had a major printer error requiring professional service. I called, and we discussed the problem and whether he could fix it.  I felt very comfortable with him on the phone and he scheduled an appointment the very next morning. He came on time, did the work (which required that a large amount of the printer be disassembled), corrected the error, cleaned the printer and got it working again.  Yay! What more could you want?

The plug for re-charging my laptop wasn’t making a good connection with battery.  He took the computer home, ordered the part and replaced it.  I also had several keys that work on my keyboard and he asked if I wanted the keyboard replaced which I agreed to.  He also did a general “tune-up” at my request so that I’d know it was operating at peak performance. All of the work was well-done and I’m very happy with it.

He restored my computer which had stopped running. Mr. Fischer was very professional and helpful.  I appreciated his kind patience in answering  the many questions and concerns that I had. As my computer is approximately 6-7 years old and has been extensively used by both my children and grandchildren, I would not have been surprised if he had told me that I should purchase a new computer.  Instead, Mr. Fisher restored my computer so that it is now operating quickly and smoothly.  I am very happy with his work.

We’re a small church with 3 computers on our network. We had purchased a new router/modem, but unable to get it working properly. Lee Fischer provided next day service.  He determined all our issues, then rewired our LAN, provided printing capability for Pastor, instructed us on wireless password protection and got all computers performing quite satisfactorily.
